How long will my order take to ship?
If your items are in stock- they will ship within 1-2 weeks.
If your items are labeled a pre-order- they will ship within 2-8 weeks. Pre-orders are labeled as such in the description.
If you want to know exactly when a certain piece will ship- just email us & we can give you a more specific time-frame.
Do your tops/studs come with a Flat Back?
Yep! All of our ends come with a FREE Titanium Flat Back!
You must add the flat back separately to your order- just add the flat back to your cart & it will automatically discount to $0.

What is your jewelry made out of?
Our titanium is made out of ASTM-F136 Implant Grade Titanium.
Our gold is all solid, 14K or 18K gold (with the exception of the thread-less pins or threading on some gold tops, those are typically made of stainless steel or titanium)
All of our jewelry is internally threaded or thread-less.
Does your jewelry tarnish or turn green?
Nope, Never!
Because our jewelry is all implant grade, it will never tarnish or breakdown in the body. Our jewelry is safe to shower in, sleep in, & made to be worn 24/7.
Does the jewelry come sterilized?
Your jewelry will come SANITIZED, but not sterilized.
If you would like your jewelry autoclave sterilized, we can do so!
Just email us after check out!
When sterilized, your jewelry will come in a sterile pouch, with an indicator that it has been fully sterilized.
What type of threading is your jewelry?
Our jewelry is all internally threaded or thread-less!
Why do you put gold ends on Titanium Flat Backs?
As gold body jewelry has grown in popularity, it has become industry standard to use titanium posts, even if the top/end is gold.
Titanium is hypoallergenic, durable, & cost effective- making it the perfect choice for fresh & healed piercings.
Solid Gold Thread-less Flat Backs start at $150 per backing & are available for pre-order.
Why is some white gold more expensive than yellow or rose gold?
While our white gold does not have a higher gold content than yellow or rose- it is alloyed with palladium (NOT NICKLE OR SILVER) to give it the shiny, white color. The Palladium alloy is what makes some of our white gold pieces a little more expensive than its yellow or rose gold counterparts.

My jewelry broke- can you help?
All of our body jewelry (excluding chains and charms) is made by companies that guarantee their jewelry to be free of flaws and manufacture defects- for life.
While flaws and defects are rare- they can happen.
If your piece has a manufacture defect- contact us and we will take care of the repair or replacement process. Some companies require we send back the defective piece- so please be prepared to send it back to us or drop it off in person, at ATOMIC TATTOO in AUSTIN, TEXAS.
In the event an item is discontinued or unable to be repaired, you will be given store credit for the amount you paid for the original item.
THIS WARRANTY DOES NOT COVER LOSS OR USER ERROR.
This warranty ONLY covers manufacture defects (gems falling out, broken pins, stripped threading, broken hinges on rings)
Return policy
To uphold our strict levels of sanitation & cross contamination, we cannot accept returns or exchanges. Once it has left our hands, we cannot accept it back.
