Lifetime Warranty Against Manufacture Defects

All of our body jewelry (excluding chains and charms) is made by companies that guarantee their jewelry to be free of flaws and manufacture defects- for life.

While flaws and defects are rare- they can happen. 

If your piece has a manufacture defect- contact us and we will take care of the repair or replacement process. Some companies require we send back the defective piece- so please be prepared to send it back to us or to drop it off in person, at ATOMIC TATTOO in AUSTIN, TEXAS.

In the event an item is discontinued or unable to be repaired, you will be given store credit for the amount you paid for the original item.

THIS WARRANTY DOES NOT COVER LOSS OR USER ERROR.

This warranty ONLY covers manufacture defects (gems falling out, broken pins, stripped threading, or broken hinges on rings).
